Template License Agreement

1. Grant of License

Upon purchasing a template from NULLBITE ("Licensor"), you ("Licensee") are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use the template for personal or commercial projects.

2. Permitted Uses

• You may use the template to create unlimited websites or applications for yourself or your clients.
• You may modify the template to fit your project requirements.
• You may use the template in work-for-hire projects where you are paid to create a website or application for a client.

3. Prohibited Uses

• You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the template or any modified version of it, either for free or for a fee. This includes offering the template as part of a stock item, theme, or template marketplace.
• You may not use the template to create a product that directly competes with NULLBITE.
• You may not claim ownership of the template design, even if modified.

4. Single Application Use (for specific licenses, if applicable)

Some templates might be sold under a single application license. If so, this will be clearly stated on the product page. A single application license means you can use the template for one commercial project only. 6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the templates remain the property of NULLBITE. You are granted a license to use the templates as outlined in this agreement, not ownership of the templates themselves.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

Templates are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. NULLBITE is not liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the templates.

8. Updates and Support

NULLBITE may provide updates to templates from time to time. Support terms are outlined on individual product pages or our support policy.

9. Governing Law

This License Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction/Country].
